Dismissed & Disrespected: My Shocking Rolex Inquiry Experience at Shreve & Co. 😡
I wanted to share my incredibly disappointing shopping experience, not to complain, but as a cautionary tale for others. I stopped by Shreve & Co. hoping to inquire about a specific Rolex model, a Submariner. The salesperson I spoke with was quite dismissive. They barely made eye contact, simply stated 'we don't have it' and didn't offer to take my details or explain the process for future availability. I felt completely ignored and that my time was wasted. It's frustrating when you expect a certain level of service at a luxury boutique, and you get treated as if you're not a serious buyer. Definitely not the welcoming experience I've heard others rave about. This encounter left me so frustrated that I felt compelled to reach out to customer service to express my concerns and hopefully prevent others from encountering the same dismissive attitude.
